Payment

We accept cash, e-transfer and debit/credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

Age Requirement

Our laser hair removal services are available to girls aged 16 and above, and boys aged 18 and above. This is due to fluctuating hormones during puberty which can have an impact on the effectiveness of the treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us, and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount.
